Skilled at cultivating key relationships and establishing effective collaborations both internally and externally, Alexandra brings twenty years of combined career experience as a writer and editor within the Corporate Communications department of MBNA America Bank and as a creator and editor of training materials and content for online learning management systems.
Alexandra is a Project Manager, Educator, and Technical Writer with experience in multiple publishing and educational settings. She stays up to date with publishing and technology tools and tries to incorporate interdisciplinary knowledge into her work. She has the ability to combine vision, ingenuity, and strong business acumen with well-developed leadership qualities to support organizational effectiveness.
With a BA in English and a Master’s Degree in Human Relations, her expertise has her paying close attention to diversity, equity, inclusion, and social justice. She has taught English as a second language to children ages 4 to 15 and taught K-12 for the Department of Defense, and worked overseas supporting US Air Base requirements for publishing official documents to a multinational audience.
As a military spouse, she cares about and gives back to the military community. She is a competitive cheerleading coach in her free time and does Pilates every day.
