Richard Burst

Rick comes to GroundPoint closing in on 40 years of managing highway and bridge construction. The bulk of that time was spent with the NYS Thruway Authority, Rick is equally at home managing daily operations for large crews or filling out the mountains of paperwork required by regulatory and audit oversight. His deep background in NYS Thruway operations and construction management makes him an invaluable asset as the lead inspector on the current Angola Service Area reconstruction project.
